We worked with Becky and her colleague Sarah Ford in May of 2019 to sell our existing house on Mercer Island and buy a new one. We chose them because they both live on Mercer Island and have solid reputations and many years of experience. We developed a relationship with them over the past two yearsand found them to be highly knowledgeable, honest and patient. Once we decided to sell our house, we were happy we engaged them to be our agents. Our house was quirky and not easy to appraise. But we could rely on their intimate knowledge of current market conditions and how to present the house to the most likely buyers. They also got input from a team of fellow Coldwell Bankers who offered their opinions of how to market and price the house. Becky and Sarah quickly and professionally went thru the steps of getting our house on the market. Despite a busy schedule, they listed it three weeks later & we had an offer for house after the first open house. The selling process went smoothly, despite the inevitable unforeseen issues that arose. Becky and Sarah were incredibly responsive. They were always available to talk or meet & often worked nights and weekends to meet deadlines or resolve issues. When we were looking to buy a new house in Issaquah from a developer , they guided us thru the due diligence and a bidding strategy that saved of tens of thousands of dollars.
